Partners receive a commission on qualifying purchases attributed through AffiliateWP. Final rates, exclusions, payout timing, and refund adjustments should be stated in the Affiliate Agreement.

You earn 5% of the qualifying sales generated by each Partner you personally recruit.
The 5% override is calculated on the gross sale price after deduction of a 3% credit-card processing allowance.
There is no preset limit on the number of approved Partners you may recruit.
Partners you recruit may also recruit new Partners and earn their own 5% override on those Partners’ qualifying sales.
Each Partner earns the recruiting override only on the sales of Partners directly recruited through that Partner’s unique recruitment link, subject to the Affiliate Agreement and program terms.

No. Partners introduce or refer customers to JusticeXpress Florida. They should not recommend a particular legal solution, interpret law, or advise customers about their individual legal rights.
How are referrals tracked?
AffiliateWP assigns each approved partner a unique referral URL. The same URL can be encoded in QR codes placed on rack cards, decals, countertop displays, websites, email, or social media.
What marketing materials are provided?
The program can provide rack cards, a partner decal, countertop displays, QR codes, approved digital graphics, and suggested referral language.
How do partners see commissions?
Approved partners log in to the AffiliateWP affiliate area to review visits, referrals, unpaid earnings, paid earnings, and creative materials.
Who may apply?
The program is designed for Florida notaries, tax preparers, mailbox and shipping stores, retirement communities, check-cashing businesses, and other community-facing organizations approved by JusticeXpress.
