Online divorce mediation · Florida
If you agree the marriage is over and you're only stuck on a few issues, JusticeXpress Mediation helps you reach a signed agreement online — and avoid thousands of dollars in legal fees.
You're closer to done than you think
Most couples don't disagree about everything. They agree the marriage is over and agree on most of the terms — but one or two unresolved issues keep them stuck, and that's exactly where a divorce turns expensive.
You don't have to do this alone
You're not looking for a war. You're looking for a calm, fair way to close out the hard parts and get on with your life. That's the entire reason JusticeXpress Mediation exists: to help reasonable people resolve the last few issues and reach an agreement they both feel good about.
The plan
A clear path from stuck to signed. No courtroom, no drawn-out battle — just a guided process built to get you to agreement.
Each spouse gets access to a private, confidential portal to upload financial statements and other relevant documents.
Answer a guided questionnaire covering every part of your divorce — including a parenting-plan questionnaire if you have children.
Your mediator reviews everything, pinpoints the real points of difference, and works with each of you to close the gap — online through the platform, or by phone or Zoom.
A finalized, executed Marital Settlement Agreement — and a Parenting Plan when children are involved — everything you need to secure an uncontested divorce.
Where this takes you
How much does it cost?
There is no charge to either spouse for using JusticeXpress Mediation. One cost, not two — your mediator's own fee, set by them and paid to them. Nothing hidden.
Both spouses · platform access
Both spouses get full access to the secure JusticeXpress Mediation Platform at no cost, for as long as it takes to reach agreement — or until the mediation is ended.
No platform fee for either spouse. No signup charge, no hourly charges, ever.
You choose your mediator from the JusticeXpress directory of Florida mediators, where each mediator lists their own services and rates. The mediator's fee is set by the mediator and paid directly to the mediator on the mediator's own website — not through JusticeXpress.
Common questions
That's the point. Your mediator focuses on the specific issues standing in your way and works with both of you to resolve them — you don't need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Yes. Once both spouses sign, your Marital Settlement Agreement is an enforceable agreement you can file with the court to obtain an uncontested divorce.
No. Attorneys aren't required to mediate. A mediator is neutral and doesn't give either spouse legal advice, so you're always free to have your own attorney review the agreement before you sign.
You'll complete a parenting-plan questionnaire, and your mediator helps you build a Parenting Plan alongside your settlement agreement — both finalized together.
The JusticeXpress Mediation Platform is free to both spouses — the secure portal, questionnaires, and document assembly cost you nothing. Your only cost is the mediator: you choose one from our directory and pay them directly, at their own rates, on the mediator's website.
Mostly, yes — the secure portal keeps documents and communication in one place. When it helps, your mediator can also connect with each of you by telephone or Zoom.
Start today, reach agreement, and get the signed documents you need for an uncontested divorce — without the courtroom or the crushing legal bills.
