What if we don't agree on everything yet?
That's the point. Your mediator focuses on the specific issues standing in your way and works with both of you to resolve them — you don't need to have it all figured out before you begin.
Is the agreement legally binding?
Yes. Once both spouses sign, your Marital Settlement Agreement is an enforceable agreement you can file with the court to obtain an uncontested divorce.
Do we need lawyers?
No. Attorneys aren't required to mediate. A mediator is neutral and doesn't give either spouse legal advice, so you're always free to have your own attorney review the agreement before you sign.
What if we have children?
You'll complete a parenting-plan questionnaire, and your mediator helps you build a Parenting Plan alongside your settlement agreement — both finalized together.
What does the platform cost — and what about the mediator?
