What does "for the life of the client" mean?
When a customer opens a JusticeXpress account through your card, that client is permanently credited to you. You earn 20% on every paid purchase they make, not just the first, for as long as they remain a JusticeXpress client and you remain an active partner in good standing. Full terms are in the Notary Partner Agreement.
Does it cost anything to join?
No. There is no fee to become a Notary Partner.
Do I need any legal knowledge?
No, and you must not give legal advice. Partners simply display their rack cards and refer legal questions to JusticeXpress or a Florida attorney. The Notary Partner Guide shows you exactly what to say.
How does my customer get the 10% discount?
Automatically. When they scan your card's QR code, the discount applies to any legal form or legal form package. There's no code to remember.
How and when am I paid?
Commissions are earned on paid purchases and tracked in your partner dashboard. Payment timing and method are set out in the Notary Partner Agreement.
