  Take your completed, signed original forms to any of the Clerk’s Office Customer Service Centers. If you are indigent or receive Food Stamps, Medicaid, or Social Security Disability, ask for an application to waive the filing fee.

  For uncontested divorces without disputes, Hillsborough provides Packet #27 (Simplified Dissolution). Both spouses must agree to all terms. The packet includes all required forms and step-by-step instructions. Dress code for the hearing: no shorts, tank tops, or sandals.
