Available at myflcourtaccess.com. The portal handles Circuit Civil, County Civil, and Small Claims cases. Payments made electronically through the portal.

Palm Beach County requires filers of circuit civil, county civil, and small claims documents to designate whether case-initiating documents contain confidential information when filing through the e-filing portal.

Notice of Action publication requirement
The Clerk does not forward Notices of Action to newspapers for non-indigent parties. Once the Clerk issues your Notice of Action, you must arrange service with a newspaper of general circulation in Palm Beach County that has a print circulation. File the proof of publication with the Clerk before your case can proceed.

Small claims — file at the correct location
Small claims cases may be filed in Room 3.2300 (3rd floor) of the Main Courthouse or at the North, South, or West County branch locations. Mon–Fri 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
